Why are 95% of people "analyzing" the stock not pointing out that the official margins are impossible? This is not a software company. It is an e-commerce company selling barely, if at all, above cost. Am I completely wrong? What am I missing? And it is not just that it is irrational and historically proven unwise to invest in companies that are secretive towards its investors. For all I know the company misrepresents its numbers to inflate the revenues it reports. Why are otherwise reasonable people not pointing out the red flags or even outright pumping the stock? And no, I'm not talking about saying "China" and "VIE", as these are also attacks on legitimate businesses such as Alibaba and BYD. PDD needs to be singled out!

It is hard to believe Elon would ever leave Tesla regardless of whether he receives his pay package or not. Your comments regarding your position in Tesla have also changed, if I recall correctly weeks ago you said you would sell ALL your Tesla shares if Elon does not receive his package to now saying Tesla may not be your biggest overall position. lol, even you are unable to leave Tesla completely. I plan to stay the course on roadster regardless of the upcoming news.

Tesla will not be the same without elon musk. I never vote but in this case, I already voted all my tesla shares in favour of elon musk getting his compensation package

thanks for video, TBH im on interactive brokers the vote could not be any easier.. i got email that theres a vote with link.. then it gave me list of all votes with option "For" " or "Against" and also board recomendation is for/against . so this way even if i had any doubt i just went with the board and thats it. took me 30 seconds or so to vote

Compensation is not the bigger vote. Relocating to Texas will allow board to propose and pass the same package without a liberal hack DC judge intervening. Provided the package is voted down in June.

Its not fair to move the goal post after the fact. I will sell 50% of my stake if the compensation package is not approved. If Elon leaves I will sell another 25% and ride what's left as I still believe Tesla.

They say 560 Billion TAM. Let's use an impartial benchmark instead: AMZN's US revenue is approximately 1/77 of US's GDP. 1/77 of Korea's GDP is 21,740 million, and CPNG trailing revenue is already 25,700 million. Obviously, there are differences in opportunity, but I think this shows it's likely if they don't expand outside of Korea successfully, their opportunity will quickly become limited by GDP growth in Korea. For the long-run, 5+ years, I prefer MELI, because of the TAM. However, for the right price CPNG could be great. I think it's over-priced now.

Coupang may well be the best retailer for the regions it serves, but the ceiling for profits for retailers seems low to me. In part because Amazon is so incredibly efficient. Not only is AWS a huge source of bottom line profits, the efficient computing infrastructure lowers the costs for their retail, streaming, ad businesses.

1. Chipotle is great food, quick, good atmosphere, reasonable price. 2. I agree 100% on Buffet. Why have starter positions on AMZN and NU, watch them perform above expectations for multiple quarters, and not increase the size? Just sell the positions at that point. 3. Seeing CPNG on a lot of these, makes me wish I'd paid closer attention a year ago, I debated buying at 14 pretty hard after the FFTCH dip. Oh well, on the watch list it stays.

Sirius XM will merge their stock in Q3, so it may be an arbitrage play. It also looks like the stock merger is in preparation, and an acquisition may be on the horizon.
